At Green Truck, serving healthy, gourmet organic food in a fast and efficient way is not enough. We believe that a healthy environment is tantamount to living a healthy life.

We have taken every measure to ensure that our organic food is good for you and our planet. We use onlycertified organic ingredients, which protect your body from harmful pesticides and keeps pollutant

s away from plants, animals, and waterways. We also buy locally grown ingredients whenever possible.

Our solar powered commissary allows us to add whatever clean energy we don't use to the city's power supply.

All of our cleaning products are also environmentally friendly, ensuring that we are not polluting oceans with chemicals.

Our service is food, but our purpose is being green. We make fantastic meals with local, organic, fresh produce and proteins, and we make all of our dressings and sauces from scratch. Nothing comes to us pre-packaged. Even our signature "Mother Trucker" vegan burgers are handmade at our commissary and loaded with fresh veggies.
