Che’s goal is very simple. He wants to open a new chapter of fusion cuisine that is a cut above the rest. Nothing in his menufesto suggests that it is traditional. In fact, his cuisine consists of a touch of spicy Asian flavor mixed with all kinds of different cultural grub incognito to create a unique mouthwatering bite that jumps right at you! It truly is a flavor that can only be created no other place in the world but in the streets of Los Angeles.
