Who’s on the Cheese Squad?

Not a lot of people can say they’ve cooked for over 2,000 firefighters at once. But our Chief Cheese can. David served time as a cook for California fire crews before making his escape to do movie catering. Then like a billy club, the food truck phenomenon hit. Seizing the opportunity to show his cooking chops, David came up with the idea for Grilled Cheese Patrol. Now his goal is to cook and serve cheesy deliciousness to all.
