The foundation of The TK Truck’s cuisine, The Tikkeh Kabob, is a time honored and perfected recipe that draws from the ethnic flavors of Armenia and Lebanon. From the farms of villagers in days long past and the backyard socials of today’s working family caste, we unveil to you the wonder of The TK Truck, in all its splendor. The TK Truck is a fusion of Mediterranean flavors and true Latin ingenuity via the versatile tortilla. The Tikkeh Kabob whether in a taco, burrito, or quesadilla is truly the best of all worlds … though only two are involved in this creation. The Tk Truck prides itself on delivering the freshest, as nothing will be frozen or fried. Everything is prepared daily in anticipation of your hungry, adoring, curious, and/or confused faces. We use our signature open flame grill to prepare your tacos, none of that gristle from off the griddle like those other places. We are sure you will agree with us and say, “These might just be some of the best I don’t really know what to call this type of food I have ever eaten.” |
